Public drunkenness

Criminal charges were filed against Randy Dieter, 39, of 46 Weeping Willow Drive, Ashfield, for resisting arrest, defiant trespass, 3 counts of persistent disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness. The incident occurred on Oct. 14 at 8:39 p.m. in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.

DUI

Criminal charges were filed against Ryan Eckhart, 26, of 1135 Church Drive, Palmerton, for DUI, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred on Oct. 2 at 12:53 a.m. in the 1400 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Criminal charges were filed against Todd Seigfried, 48, of 140 Princeton Pines, Palmerton, for DUI, stop signs and yield signs, and careless driving. The incident occurred on Oct. 15 at 1:51 a.m. at Mauch Chunk Road and Franklin Avenue.

Disorderly conduct

Jacob Hofacker, 18, of 4087 Forest Inn Road, Aquashicola, was cited for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred on Oct. 13 at 2:40 p.m. on SR248 east.

Harassment

Lauren Colangelo, 25, of 271 Columbia Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for harassment. The violation occurred on Oct. 8 at 2:45 a.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

Speeding

Brad Bowman, 31, of 135 Horseshoe Lane, Lehighton, was cited for speeding and expired inspection. The violations occurred on Oct. 4 at 6 a.m. on SR248 west.

A citation was issued to Joseph Revell Jr., 19, of 505 E Bertsch Street, Lansford, for speeding. The violation occurred on Oct. 13 at 2:40 p.m. on SR248 east.

Prohibitions in specific places

Vincent Fronheiser, 33, of 3565 Forest Inn Road, Palmerton, was cited for prohibitions in specific places. The violation occurred on Sept. 25 at 3:13 p.m. on Third Street.

Traffic violation

Robert Henning, 61, of 76 Main Road, Lehighton, was cited for obedience to traffic control devices. The violation occurred on Oct. 20 at 1:55 p.m. on SR248 east.
