Man cited for dog law violation

Tamaqua police have cited Daniel Day, 48, of 514 Arlington St., Tamaqua, for allowing his dogs to howl/bark incessantly.

Officers were dispatched to the Day residence at 7:27 p.m. last Friday, Oct. 21. The dogs were in a fenced yard on the west side of the home and it appeared that no one was home.
