Divorces granted

Megan Louise Ingraham, 220 N. Greenwood St., Tamaqua, was granted a divorce from Brandon Cole Ingraham, Albrightsville. They were married July 9, 2010.

Megan K. Phillips, 439 E. Elm St., Tamaqua, was granted a divorce from Timothy J. Phillips, 213 E. Broad St., Apt. 2, Tamaqua. They were married March 20, 2010.

Jason J. Clauser was granted a divorce from Mandi Clauser, both of Schuylkill Haven. They were married Oct. 14, 1995.

Michele L. Parobek, Seltzer, Norwegian Township, was granted a divorce from Todd A. Parobek, Pottsville. They were married May 21, 1994.

Barbara A. Bennett was granted a divorce from Rocco L. Bennett, both of Pottsville. They were married Oct. 23, 1999.

Walter M. Truscott, Minersville, was granted a divorce from Kimberly A. Truscott, Pottsville. They were married June 20, 2009.

Roger Boyd, Pottsville, was granted a divorce from Shellty Boyd, Schuylkill Haven. They were married Aug. 28, 2001.

Tara Lee Krammes, Schuylkill Haven, was granted a divorce from Mark Lamar Krammes, Leesport. They were married May 11, 1984.

Rhonda L. Ludwig, Frackville, was granted a divorce from Richard J. Ludwig, Ringtown. They were married Sept. 30, 2000.

Renee J. Buchanan, Frackville, was granted a divorce from Joseph M. Buchanan, Shenandoah, They were married Aug. 11, 2001.

Michele O'Donnell, Frackville, was granted a divorce from Daniel O'Donnell, Lost Creek, West Mahanoy Township. They were married June 4, 2005.

Revocations

President Judge William E. Baldwin revoked probations of the following:

Robert J. Mulhall, 50. Minersville, who was re-sentenced on a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol to serve 189 months to five years in a state correctional institution with credit for serving 127 days in the county prison.

Francis A. Vanniocolo, 65, Minersville, was remanded to the county prison to serve out the balance of his sentence on drug charges. His liberty of 327 days are added to the maximum date for his release and he receives credit for serving 14 days in prison.

Michelle Ann Willie, 42, Pottsville, was re-sentenced on a charge of receiving stolen property to serve six to 23 months in the county prison with credit for serving 24 days.

State jail time

Richard Formica, 49, Lancaster, pleaded guilty to three counts of theft of personal items from cars parking along Herrod Road, Cass Township, and was sentenced by Judge Baldwin to serve 21 to 42 months in a state correctional institution with credit for having served 371 days in the county prison. On a charge of criminal mischief was fined $100. He must make restitution of $565.

Gets p-robation

Eric T. Berezwick, 35, Mahanoy City, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was given credit for serving 20 days in the county prison and was placed on parole for 12 months, pay a fine of $250, pay 100 to the Substance Abuse Education (SAE) fund, $50 to the Criminal Justice Enhancement Account (CJEA) and make restitution of $226 to Bethlehem Regional Lab.

He was cited by the Schuylkill County Drug Task Force in Mahanoy City.

Revoke parole

Robert Franklin Willie Jr., 44, Minersville, had his parole revoked by Judge John E. Domalakes and he was recommitted to the county prison with loss of two months at liberty which was added to his current maximum date which was extended to April 27, 2012. He had pleaded guilty to theft of a personal computer.
