Tamaqua parade vendor cited
A vendor at the Tamaqua Halloween Parade was cited by police after he was observed urinating in public.
Police received a call at 5 p.m. Tuesday from Dr. Todd Banning, who reported that fair vendors were parked in the private lot and that he observed one man urinate on the lot. He also noted the vendors were using his private dumpster.
The officer was able to locate the man in question and cited John Caramanica, 42, of 34 Ailing St., West Haven, CT.
