DUI charge filed vs. Gilbert man
Jose Anthony Betancourt III of Gilbert has been arrested by state police at the Lehighton barracks for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Police said he was stopped at 7:47 p.m. Nov. 9 at the intersection of Serfass Road and Weber Lane in Polk Township, after which time police learned he was under the influence of alcohol.
