A Monroe County man is facing burglary and related charges for an incident that occurred on Friday, Nov. 25.

State police at Lehighton alleges that Matthew Joseph Pepe, of Saylorsburg, along with two others who have not yet been identified, entered the residence at 303 Leisure Court, Ross Township, about 2 p.m. A rear glass door was smashed to gain entry. Once inside the intruders removed all the copper piping from the basement. They then took a 1985 Ford E350 van from the driveway with a tow truck and fled the scene.

The home is owned by Patrick and Lori Quinlin of Ashburn, Va., troopers said.
