Carbon woman facing theft count
A Carbon County woman is facing a charge of theft.
State police at Lehighton said Tonia Marie Howarth, 45, of Pohopoco Drive, Kunkletown, Towamensing Township, was charged with allegedly entering the apartment of Marion Ruth Lockard, 49, of 7715 Pohopoco Drive, Kunkletown, Towamensing Township, and removing various types of medications.
The incident occurred on Saturday, Nov. 19, about 11:50 a.m., troopers said.
