Dog complaints

A Summit Hill dog owner was charged after police received complaints about the K-9.

According to Summit Hill police, on Nov. 15, officers received a complaint of a dog running at large. The animal in question was owned by Kristina Houser, 35, of 6 E. White St.

Officers noted that more complaints involving this same dog had also been filed by residents.

Houser was charged for dogs running at large.
