State police at the Fern Ridge barracks reported on the following incidents.

• Police are investigating an identity theft case in which the victim is the New Covenant World Outreach Church, 133 Switzgable Drive, Chestnuthill Township. The incident was reported at 1 p.m. March 13. Police said someone attempted to use the church’s information to open an account with Click & Pledge, a provider of fundraising and donor management support solutions for nonprofit organizations.

• Police said between noon March 11 and noon March 17 someone used the Visa debit card owned bya 71-year-old resident ofJennifer Lane, Chestnuthill Township, and charged around $300 worth of merchandise.

• Police are investigating a burglary that happened between Dec. 20-27 of last year. The victim is a 49-year-old woman fromAlpha Drive, Jackson Township, who said someone gained entry to her unlocked recreation vehicle, damaged the vehicle and stole various items from inside.

• State police are investigating the theft of prescription medication that was taken from an unsecured vehicle in Penn Forest Township. The victim told police at 1:08 p.m. April 1 that the medication was taken from a 2004 Dodge Ram truck that was parked on Orange Lane in the township.
