Granted divorce

Kelly Marie Delessio, 29 1/2 Centre St., Tamaqua, was granted a divorce from Alphonso Dalessio, 310 Lansford Court, Lansford. They were marreid Jan. 23, 2003.

Pleads guilty

Jeremy George Colosimo, 23, 159 Weston Place, West Mahanoy Township, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and was sentenced by Judge John E. Domalakes to serve 72 hours to six months in the county prison with the sentence to begin Tuesday, Dec. 13 at 9 a.m.

He also must pay a fine of $1,000, pay $300 to the Substance Abuse Education fund, $50 to the Catastrophe fund, enroll in the alcohol highway safe driving school, receive alcohol and substance abuse treatment, perform 10 hours community service and his driver's license is suspended 12 months.

On a charge of possessing an open can of alcohol beverage in his car while driving was fined $25, on a charge of making a U-turn over a double line was fined 25 and on a charge of failing to carry a driver's license was fined $25 plus $150 in costs. Chief Shawn Tray, West Mahanoy Township Police, made the arrest.

Revoke ARD

Senior Judge D. Michael Stine removed five defendants from the Accelerated Rehabilative Disposition (ARD) probation program for violating terms fixed by the court. Had they completed the 12 months probation period their records would have been cleared. They now must stand trial on the charges. Removed from the program were:

Jonathan R. Lux, 25, of 274 Van Gelder St., Tamaqua, who faces charges of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol cited by Tamaqua Patrolman Jeffrey Wainwright.

Khyle William Willis, 19, Schuylkill Haven, who faces charges of DUI and underage drinking cited by Trooper Jeffrey Hummel .

Kayla Lynn Reinhart, 20, Pottsville, who faces charges of two counts of access device fraud and one count each of theft, criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property cited by Minersville Patrolman Jeffrey R. Bowers.

Jennifer Nichole Seladones, 25, Minersville, who faces charges of DUI cited by Trooper Thomas Hornung.

Davinder Singh, 21, Pottsville, who faces charges of DUI cited by Pottsville Sgt. James R. Joos.

Sent to prison

Brian Keith Lockett, 47, Saint Clair, was brought to court on a bench warrant after failing to appear for a scheduled hearing. His bail forfeiture was set aside by Senior Judge D. Michael Stine and he was remanded to prison to await trail on charges of DUI. He was cited by Saint Clair Sgt. William Dempsey.
