RE: Tamaqua Sewer Bill for the Month of December 2011

I am writing to advise Tamaqua Borough's distinguished Representatives' that I received another sewer bill for my building at 326 West Broad Street for the month of December, this month the amount was $325. As you know the borough of Tamaqua does not provide sewer service to this address, but has been knowingly billing, demanding and accepting payments from me since 2006.

We continue to request, and eagerly await any response to our previous requests, for credit to our account for the funds knowingly and wrongly billed and collected to our account so that we can manage to afford to massive costs of connecting the building (that was falsely and fraudulently certified as connected by your inspectors when we bought the building in 2006) to the Boroughs Sewer System.

We continue to try to find a way to cover these expenses on our own, but in the interim we have paid the bill as specified above, and will continue to do so in good faith that a fair and reasonable agreement will soon be made for the Borough to work with us and the citizens of Tamaqua to resolve this issue.
