Credit card used illegally in Lehigh
State police at the Fogelsville barracks are investigating an access device fraud incident that was reported at 5:51 p.m. Dec. 10 in Lower Macungie Township.
Police said Lisa Ann Draper, 6849 Tuscany Drive, Macungie, told them someone illegally used her credit card to make purchases at the Wal-Mart store located in the township.
