Bags of clothing discarded in Ross
State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating a scattering rubbish incident where someone left two garbage bags full of clothes at a site in Ross Township, Monroe County.
The incident happened between midnight Dec. 16 and 3 p.m. Dec. 18 at 218 Robins Court, Saylorsburg.
