Frey-Lichtenwalner

The engagement of Ashley "Mo" Frey, Lehighton, to Jeremy Lichtenwalner, Lower Macungie, has been announced by the couple's parents.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Richey and Lori Frey of Lehighton. She is a 2001 graduate of Lehighton Area High School and a 2005 graduate of Millersville University, where she earned a dual bachelor's degree in special education and elementary education. In 2009 she graduated from Millersville with a master's degree in language and literacy education.

She is currently employed as a special educator in the Lehighton Area School District.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Larry and Carol Lichtenwalner of Lower Macungie. He is a graduate of Emmaus High School and is currently employed by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

A wedding date has been set for Oct. 22, 2011.
