Zehner collects 1,000th rebound

Tamaqua Area High School senior Amy Zehner collected her 1,000th career rebound in the first quarter of the Lady Raiders' 56-26 win over visiting Panther Valley Tuesday night. Zehner became the second Tamaqua girls cager to score 1,000 points and pull down 1,000 rebounds, joining 1980 graduate Cindy Miller. Zehner was honored for the feat between quarters.
