Rehearsals begin
The Pleasant Valley Choral Society will begin rehearsals this Friday. The rehearsals for the community chorus are held at 7 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church in Brodheadsville.

PV Chem-Free meets
It is time gear up for The Pleasant Valley Chemical Free Graduation Party and volunteers are needed.
The first meeting will be 6 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 11 at Senator Pat Browne's office at the intersection of Old Route 115 and Rt. 209, across the street from the Chestnuthill Diner.

The PTO of Chestnuthill Elementary School in Brodheadsville is slated to meet Tuesday, Jan. 11.

PA Game speaker
The Western Pocono Lions will meet on Wednesday, Jan. 19, at Cherry's Family Restaurant in Kresgeville. The social time begins at 6:30 p.m. with dinner and the meeting to follow at 7 o'clock.
