DUI, drinking arrests in Rush

Rush Township police report a driving under the influence (DUI) and an underage drinking arrest.

On Jan. 9 at 10:03 p.m., William A Campbell Jr., 43, Barnesville, was stopped on Grier Ave for traffic violations.

Campbell was taken back to the police station for a breath test. The test results were a .106 percent. Campbell is facing DUI and driving with no license charges.

On Jan. 9 at 11:25 p.m., Kevin N. Macnay, 20, Tuscarora, was charged with underage drinking after police were called to 4 Dogwood Lane, Lake Hauto.
