Stabbing incident being probed

Pocono Mountain Regional police are investigating a stabbing incident reported on Sunday, Jan. 16.

About 7 p.m. on that date officers responded to the Pocono Medical Center, in East Stroudsburg, for a reported stabbing. The victim, Daron Hesterbey, 22, of Blakeslee, told officers he was stabbed about 3 a.m. that day while at a party in the Pocono Country Place development. No other details were provided.
