Dispute over snow leads to charges

A dispute of snow removal has led to charges being filed against a Schuylkill County resident.

State police at Frackville said troopers were called to 128 Ogden St., Girardville, about 4:40 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 2, for a report of two people in the street arguing over snow removal and parking.

Upon arrival troopers found Brandy Fahy, 28, and Robert Belfiore Jr., 39, involved in the argument. Troopers said they learned that Belfiore allegedly verbally harassed Fahy during the dispute.

Belfiore was charged with harassment.
