Two cited for theft at Schuylkill Mall
Two teens were cited for retail theft at a store in the Schuylkill Mall, New Castle Township.
State police at Frackville said David W. Wanser Jr., 18, and Jared M. Cress, 18, both of Girardville, were stopped by store security at the Sears store on Friday, Feb. 4, at 2:40 p.m. for theft.
Both were issued citations and released.
