SH man charged with possession

A Summit Hill man was charged with possession of drugs after police were dispatched to his residence.

According to Summit Hill police, on Jan. 24, at 4:55 p.m., officers were dispatched to the residence of Kevin Hoben Jr., 22, of 237 Laurel Drive, for a domestic situation.

It was learned that the defendant had some drug paraphernalia and drug substances in his possession.

He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
