Andreas man cited in Summit Hill

An Andreas man was charged in Summit Hill after he created a disturbance.

According to Summit Hill police, on Feb. 6 at about 1:52 p.m., police were dispatched to the area of the School House Apartments, 128 W. Hazard St., Summit Hill, for a report of an intoxicated male yelling outside the building.

When police arrived, they found Justin Lawlor, 29, of 848 Lizard Creek Road, laying inside the vestibule of the apartments. He was found to be highly intoxicated and had drug paraphernalia on him.

He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness.
