Resident at youth camp is charged

A resident at the Youth Services Agency Camp Adams, located in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, has been charged with harassment.

State police at Lehighton said the minor, no age given, is charged for striking a 36-year-old male counselor from Tamaqua at the camp, in the head. No injuries were reportedly sustained by the counselor.
