Theft at ski resort

State police at Lehighton are investigating another theft incident at a Carbon County ski resort.

Joshua Hudson Breckinridge, 17, of New Tripoli, reported someone removed his Ride brand snowboard from near a ski lift at the Blue Mountain Ski Resort in Lower Towamensing Township. The theft occurred sometime around 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 6. The board is black and red in color and valued at about $700.

Troopers are also investigating a criminal mischief incident. Santigao Monserrat Jr., 36, of Robin Hood Rd., in the Eldo Lakes development in Kunkletown, Monroe County, reported someone threw ice at his parked vehicle causing minor damages.

The incident occurred about 6:50 p.m. on Feb. 9.
