Rush police make DUI arrest

Rush Township police report that on Feb. 19 at 6:18 p.m., Barty Lee Heiser, 52, of Mahanoy City, was charged with driving under the influence (DUI) and summary traffic offenses after being stopped on SR54.

Heiser was taken back to the police station for a breath test. The test results were a .155 percent.
