Both drivers involved in a crash at the entrance to a Schuylkill County mall will be cited. State police at Schuylkill Haven said the crash occurred about 2:26 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 16, along SR61 at the entrance to the Cressona Mall in North Manheim Township.

Troopers said Courtney D. Dallas, 33, of Honey Brook, Chester County, was turning left off 61 into a parking lot at the mall and failed to yield to oncoming traffic while facing a steady green light.

Her 2004 Saab 93 was struck on the rear passenger side by a 1999 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Robert W. Price, 41, of St. Clair, who was southbound in the right lane.

Dallas, Price and his passenger, John S. Kessler Jr., 38, of Pottsville, were all not injured. Damages were disabling to the Saab and minor to the Malibu.

Troopers said Dallas was cited for failure to yield while Price was cited for operating a vehicle with an expired inspection sticker.
