Three persons were injured, none seriously, in a one-vehicle crash that occurred about 7:21 p.m. on Monday, March 7, along Bartonsville Road, near TR479, in Jackson Township, Monroe County.

State police at Fern Ridge said Isaiah D. Carnegie, 21, of Stroudsburg, was driving a 1995 GMC Jimmy westbound and traveled through a small patch of ice. Carnegie lost control of the vehicle which left the road and struck a tree and then overturned.

Carnegie and passengers Michael C. Hawthorne, 20, and Andrew S. Nicholas, 18, both of Stroudsburg, were taken to the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg, for treatment of minor injuries, troopers said.
