Forgery

Christopher Poplin, 32, of 407 Lehigh Ave., Palmerton, was cited for five counts of forgery. The incident occurred on Feb. 6 between 3 and 7:30 p.m. in the 100 to 600 blocks of Delaware Avenue.

Terroristic threats

Criminal charges were filed against Kathy Long, 41, of 576 Mauch Chunk Rd., Palmerton, for intimidation of witnesses or victims and terroristic threats. The incident occurred on Feb. 23 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.

Harassment

Criminal charges were filed against Robert Ehret III, 45, of 1513 Mauch Chunk Rd., Palmerton, for two counts of simple assault and two counts of harassment.

The incident occurred on Feb. 28 at 7:19 p.m. at the above address.

Disorderly conduct

A citation was filed against a 16-year-old Palmerton male for disorderly conduct.

The violation occurred on Feb. 25 at 9:30 p.m. in the 90 block of Lafayette Avenue.

Possession

of marijuana

A juvenile referral was filed against a 16-year-old Palmerton male for possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, selling/furnishing alcohol to minors, and underage drinking. The incident occurred on Feb. 25 at 9:07 p.m. in the 90 block of Lafayette Avenue.

Underage drinking

A citation was filed against a 16-year-old Palmerton male for underage drinking. The violation occurred on Feb. 25 at 9:09 p.m. in the 200 block of Avenue A.

Speeding

Erick Kresge, 27, of 149 Main St., Parryville, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on March 4 at 5:47 a.m. on SR248 east.

Permitting unauthorized person to drive

Michelle Oncay, 44, of 231 Delaware Ave., Palmerton, was cited for permitting unauthorized person to drive. The violation occurred on Feb. 26 at 12:36 a.m. in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

DUI

Criminal charges were filed against Robert Fisher Jr., 27, of 231 Delaware Ave., Palmerton, for fleeing or attempting to elude police, DUI, careless driving, and driving under suspension. The incident occurred on Feb. 26 at 12:36 a.m. in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Traffic violation

Jeffrey Barnett, 49, of 12 Richard Lane, Kunkletown, was cited for obedience to traffic control devices. The violation occurred on march 4 at 6:10 a.m. at Fifth Street and Delaware Avenue.

Vehicle violation

Robert Bloomfield, 31, of 248 Delaware Ave., Apt. 2, Palmerton, was cited for expired inspection. The violation occurred on March 2 at 5:04 p.m. in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.

A citation was issued to William Leitgab, 38, of 1594 Golf Course Rd., Birdsboro, for expired inspection. The violation occurred on Feb. 25 at 5:05 p.m. at Third Street and Delaware Avenue.
