Monroe man cited for fraud
A Monroe County man has been charged with access device fraud.
State police at Lehighton said Jeremiah Thomas, 33, of Saylorsburg, was charged for allegedly using using the Verizon rebate card of Catherine Marie Spera, 26, of Saylorsburg, at the Sunoco service station alogn Old Route 115 and Kunkletown Road, in Ross Township, on March 5 at 11:30 a.m. without her permission.
