Disturbance leads to arrests
State police at Lehighton responded to a reported disturbance was led to the arrest of two individuals.
The disturbance was reported about 9 p.m. on Thursday, March 17, at 38 Interchange Road, in Polk Township, Monroe County.
At the scene troopers arrested Matthew John Kozero, 46, of Gilbert, after he was found to have in his possession a firearm. Kozero is prohibited from possessing a firearm due to a prior criminal history. He was charged with firearms not to be possesed and also possession of a small amount of marijuana.
At the same location police arrested Michael Kozero, 22, with posession of a small amount of marijuana.
