Two cited for being drunk in public

Two Florida residents were cited in Schuylkill County.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Judith Ann Smedley, 49, and Frederick Henry Schrader Jr., 40, both of Port Charlotte, were found in a wooded area behind the Pottsville Park Plaza, in Norwegian Township, about 12:21 p.m. on Saturday, April 2, intoxicated and arguing.

Both were issued citations for public drunkenness, troopers said.
