Multiple theft from vehicle incidents

State police at Frackville are investigating multiple theft from vehicle incidents that have occurred in Middleport and nearby Brockton, in the Schuylkill Township area.

Troopers said unlocked vehicles have been entered in the two communities and various items removed. The thefts occurred during the time frame of Sunday, April 3, at 11 p.m. and Monday at 7 a.m.

Troopers listed the following items taken from the various vehicles: Husqvarna chain saw, model 372XP, 20-inch bar; 71 CCs, orange in color; Dewalt 18 volt cordless hammer drill with two batteries and charger, yellow; Milwaukee half-inch "hole-hawg" drill, red; Milwaukee half-inch right angle drill, red, with red plastic case; Tom-Tom GPS unit; 100 foot extension cord, green; a roll of 12/2 Romex wire, about 250 feet, yellow; aluminum MCBX 12/2 wire, about 400 feet.

Also, black trifold leather wallet; dual car stereo head unit, model unknown, black; black Bell motorcycle bag, containing various Craftsman hand tools; green military issued field jacket, Nestor name tag; two round diamond stud earrings; white gold necklace with infinity charm; Garmin GPS unit; various CDs; and about $80 in U.S. currency.
