Rape

Criminal charges were filed against Justin Greene, 24, of 2822 Welshtown Road, Slatington, for rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, indecent assault, and 4 counts of criminal conspiracy. The incident occurred on March 26 at 1:30 a.m. in the 200 block of Harvard Avenue.

Disorderly conduct

Criminal charges were filed against Michael Koma, 53, of 93 Lafayette Avenue, Palmerton, for criminal mischief, terroristic threats, and disorderly conduct. The incident occurred on April 1 at 2:04 p.m. at the above address.

Criminal charges were filed against Daniel Colangelo, 52, of 271 Columbia Avenue, Palmerton, for persistent disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, terroristic threats and criminal mischief. The incident occurred on April 4 at 9:19 p.m. in the 300 block of Columbia Avenue.

Citations were issued to a 13-year-old female and a 14-year-old female from Palmerton for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred on April 7 at 4:32 p.m. in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.

Dogs running at large

Jon Kistler, 40, of 125 Princeton Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for dogs running at large. The violation occurred on April 4 at 7:28 p.m. in the 100 block of Princeton Avenue.

Traffic violation

Theft

Criminal charges were filed against Elizabeth Espino, 49, of 6 Bush Lane, Brodheadsville, for access device fraud, theft, and receiving stolen property. The incident occurred on Jan. 31 at 10:43 a.m. in the borough.

Harassment

Patricia Halulko, 39, of 430 Lonesome Lane, Palmerton, was cited for harassment. The violation occurred on March 6 at 6 p.m. in the 700 block of Church Street.

Criminal charges were filed against Samantha Gillen, 18, of 141 W Ridge Street, Apt. B, Lansford, for simple assault and harassment. The incident occurred on March 27 at 1:53 p.m. in the 500 block of Franklin Avenue.
