Tamaqua woman cited for her dog

A Tamaqua woman is being cited for allowing her dog to become a nuisance.

Kim Wickersham, 11 S. Greenwood St., was cited following repeated incidents of her dog barking and howling on April 5. The citation was filed by Tamaqua Chief of Police Dave Mattson. Wickersham was cited under a borough ordinance.
