Rush police report retail theft arrest

Rush Township police have cited a Brockton man for retail theft following an April 12 incident at the Hometown Commons Wal-Mart.

John P. Dankilich, 55, allegedly removed $29.88 worth of merchandise from the store at 1:09 p.m. without making payment.
