Summit Hill man charged with DUI

A Summit Hill man was charged after he caused a problem in Summit Hill.

According to borough police, on Feb. 26, at 11:11 p.m., officers received a complaint of a person harassing some other people. The caller gave police a description of the vehicle in question. Police then initiated a traffic stop of the vehicle, driven by Lyndon Eickhoff, 46, of 120 W. School St. After a short investigation, it was learned that Eickhoff was under the influence of alcohol.

He was charged with two counts DUI and harassment.
