Theft incident at state park probed

A theft from a vehicle incident at a state park in Schuylkill County is being probed.

State police at Frackville said the vehicle of Richard Lowell Swank Jr., of Pottsville, was entered while parked at Locust Lake State Park in Ryan Township. Entry was made sometime between Friday, May 6, at 8:30 p.m. and 7 a.m. on Saturday.

Removed from the vehicle were five fishing rods, two fishing vestes, three tackel boxes, a gray bucket containing a boat anchor and one black Craftsman toll bag containing various tools.
