Two men arrested for theft incident

Rush Township police have identified two men who took approximately $1,500 worth of items from the Hometown Commons Wal-Mart. The incident took place at 12:45 p.m. on May 7. The stolen items included two television sets as well as other items.

The men have been identified as Richard Schlack, 44, of Hazleton, and Steven F. Davis, 36, of McAdoo. The men will be charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft.
