Carbon man jailed for simple assault
A Carbon County man was jailed on a charge of simple assault.
State police at Lehighton said Scott Fisher, 38, of Lehighton, was charged for an incident that occurred on Saturday, May 14, about 12:45 a.m. at 12 Fairyland Road, Apt. B, in Franklin Township.
Troopers said Fisher and a unnamed 24-year-old female were involved in a physical altercation. Troopers said Fisher was taken into custody and lodged in the county prison in Nesquehoning.
