Two are cited by Lehighton police
Two individuals cited by Lehighton borough police officers.
Ralph Fisher, 54, of South Ninth Street, Lehighton, was cited for public drunkeness after an incident which occurred on Friday, June 3, at 1:38 a.m. in the vicinity of the 300 block of North East Alley.
Christy Ruch, 36, of 306 N. Second St., Lehighton, was cited for a violation of a borough ordinance regarding dogs running at large. This violation occurred at 11:05 a.m. on Saturday, June 4, in the vicinity of 304 N. Second St.
