Christopher L. Fremberg, 5375 Prospect St., Susquehanna, Susquehanna County, filed for divorce from Melissa L. Fremberg, 249 W. Rowe St., Tamaqua. They were married Sept. 30, 2000.
Leon R. Jones, 1105 E. Pine St., Mahanoy City, filed suit for divorce from Peggy Jones, 101 E. Washington St., Shenandoah. They were married July 30, 1987.
Tracy L. Fenton, 114 Hazle St., Delano, started a divorce action against Joseph Saukuynas,106 Bulls Head Run, Pottsville. They were married Feb. 14, 2006.
Michelle K. Warner, 43 Front St., Cressona, filed for divorce from Frank C. Warner III, 332 Schaeffer Road, Blandon, Berks County. They were married Aug. 5, 2006.
James J. Thompson, Frackville, was granted a divorce from Jennifer L. Thompson, Shenandoah. They were marreid May 30, 2007.
Robert D. Engleman Jr., Schuylkill Haven, was granted a divorce from Jennifer A. Engleman, Pine Grove. They were married June 27, 2004.
Joanne M. Beaver, Pottsville, was granted a divorce from Robert M. Beaver, Ringtown. They were married July 7, 2007.
Pleads nolo contendre
Vincent Savadge, 43, Huntsville, Tex., pleaded nolo contendre (no defense) to a charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and was sentenced by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin to serve 15 to 30 days in the county prison, pay $100 to Subtance Abuse Education fund and $50 to Criminal Justice Enhancement Account.
Bail hearings
Russell Gernert, 31, New Ringgold, was denied by Judge Dolbin to have his bail reduced. He faces drug charges.
Richard Arlin Harner, 24, Pottsville, was brought to court on a bench warrant after failing to appear for a hearing. Dolbin dissolved the bench warrant and set bail at $5,000 unsecured. Harner faces charges of theft of a cell phone belonging to a student at McCann's Business School in Pottsville.
James K. Robinson, New York City, had his bail reduced to $5,000 unsecured bail by Dolbin and he must reside at 116 Pinehurst Avene, New York City. He faces a driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol charge.
Jaden Diacheysn, 23, Lansford, had his bail reduced by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin from $15,000 to $10,000 unsecured and he must reside at 24 N. Allen St., Nesquehoning, while awaiting trial on charges of escaping temporarily from custody of Coaldale police, criminal trespass on property at 116 E. Earley Avenue, and loitering and prowling at night and resisting arrest.
Jacob A. Bynon, 30, of 305 E. Patterson St., Lansford, had his bail reduced from $15,000 to $10,000 unsecured by Judge Dolbin. He faces charges of simple assault and harassment of Chrystal Milner, 321 N. Pine St., Tamaqua. The court ordered he have no contact with the victim and begin drug and alcohol treatment.
