Jacqulyn Bucktooth weds Jacob Kalyan

Jacqulyn Bucktooth, daughter of Karen Bucktooth and Nate Dubois of the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation, N.Y.; and Jacob William Kalyan, son of Peter and Pamela Kalyan of Las Vegas, Nev., were married on May 5, 2010 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.

The Rev. Adam Ducrro presided over the double ring ceremony.

Given in marriage by her mother, the bride chose Letitia Rice as the maid of honor. Michele John served as bridesmaid. The best man was Mason Spalding.

The couple's 18-month-old twins, Lovella Hope Kalyan and Maxamillion Nathaniel Kalyan, served as flower girl and ring bearer, respectively. Their 8-week-old son, Gavin Brady Kalyan, was honorary ring bearer.

Following the ceremony, the couple welcomed friends and family to a reception at Mon Ambi Gabi, Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. They plan to take a wedding trip at a later date.

Prenuptial parties for the couple were hosted by the bridal party.

The new Mrs. Kalyan is a dealer and pit boss at the Santa Fe Station, Las Vegas.

Mr. Kalyan is a 1998 graduate of Tamaqua Area High School; Ferris State University; LCCC, Lehigh Valley campus; and the PGA Golf Academy. He is a golf pro at the Tournament Player's Club of Las Vegas.

The newlyweds reside in Las Vegas. The bridegroom and his parents are all former residents of Tamaqua.
