Local girl donates her hair to Locks of Love

Emily Haas, 7, of Summit Hill, recently donated 11 inches of hair to Locks of Love, a nonprofit organization that provides hairpieces to children in the United States and Canada under age 21, who are suffering from long-term medical hair loss. Emily's hair was cut at Mane Street Family Hair Care Center in Lansford. A student at Panther Valley Elementary School, Emily is the daughter of Greg and Kristin Haas.
