Annual church picnic

The annual congregational picnic of Zion Lutheran Church in Tamaqua is scheduled for Sunday, July 18 at the Bugalow Park Pavilion in Tamaqua.

An outdoor service begins at 10:30 a.m. The picnic follows the service.

Members of the congregation, their friends and neighbors are invited.

A sign up sheet is posted in the church's gathering room.

Members can also call the church office at (570) 668-2180 and tell how many family members are coming and what picnic item the family will bring.

Members are urged to sign up by July 14.
