Nesquehoning drug arrest

Nesquehoning Police Officer Timothy Wuttke filed charges against Jaden Diacheysn, of Nesquehoning, for an alleged incident that occurred May 28 at about 11:13 p.m.

Wuttke and another officer were dispatched to Diacheysn's address for a reported domestic dispute.

Upon their arrival Jennifer Shaika reported that Diacheysn was threatening to assault her and that he was smoking marijuana.

A search of the residence was conducted and marijuana was seized.

Wuttke charged Diacheysn with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
