Dog law violation
State police at Fern Ridge reported the arrest of a Carbon County man for a dog law violation.
Troopers said Michael Wine, 33, of Penn Forest Streams, Jim Thorpe, Penn Forest Township, was charged with confinement of dogs for allegedly allowing his pit bull to stray onto his neighbors' property. The incident occurred about 7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 7, troopers said.
