Woman arrested for conspiracy
Nesquehoning Police Chief Sean Smith filed charges against Kaitlin Stahler, of Nesquehoning, for an incident that occurred May 30.
Smith arrested Adam McEwan for being a fugitive from justice out of the state of Oklahoma for felony delivery of methamphetamine. Stahler allegedly provided police with false information in reference to McEwan's true identity and that he was wanted in Oklahoma.
Smith charged her with criminal conspiracy (false identification to law enforcement) and hindering apprehension or prosecution.
