Owe payments

Arrow Financial Services, LLC, of Niles, Ill., filed suits in court to seek judgements on two county people.

One suit alleges Paul F. Coppie, 200 East St., Coaldale, owes $2,000.54 on his credit card and the second suit is against Mark J. Freed, 47 Washington St., Middleport, alleging he owes $3,356.14 in unpaid balance.

Asset Acceptance Company, LLC, Warren, Mich., filed suit against Donald Marcinczyk, 23 Lakewood Avenue, Barnesville, Rush Township, alleging he owes a balance of $5,577.86 on his credit card.

Deutsch Bank and National Trust Company, Santa Ana, Calif., filed suit against Randall and Janice A. Scholl, 176 Penn St., Tamaqua, who have taken over a note executed for $54,900 to the Scholls by New Century Mortgage Corporation, seek a judgement for the full amount plus interest and costs.

Divorces granted

Keith Hoppes was granted a divorce from Maria Hoppes, both of 38 Lafayette St., Tamaqua. They were married Dec. 31, 2002.

Frances K. Kimmel was granted a divorce from Earl J. Kimmel, both of Schuylkill Haven. They were married May 5, 1998.

Revoke probation

Korey Wronski, 20, Morea, Mahanoy Township, had his probation revoked by Judge John E. Domalakes and was re-sentenced to serve three to 18 months in the county prison. He received credit for serving 62 days in prison. Wronski had pleaded guilty to possession and delivery of drugs in the Mahanoy City area and was sentenced on March 3, 2009, to serve 60 months on probation in the county's Intermediate Punishment Program. He was cited by the Schuylkill County Drug Task Force.

Reinstate bail

John M. Tym had his bail reinstated by Judge D. Michael Stine and the bench warrant issued which brought him before the court was vacated and the original bail was not forfeited. Tym was instructed he must reside at 1142 W. Centre St., Shenandoah, and attend all court proceedings. He was cited for driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol.
