Franklin Township and Jim Thorpe Red scored easy wins in Panther Valley Little League 11-12 year-old Tournament action Monday evening.

Brody Hydro fired a no-hitter as Franklin Township blanked Jim Thorpe Blue 16-0.

For Franklin Township, Hunter Greene went 3-for-3 with a double and 5 RBI, Evan Haberman was 3-for-3 with a double and 2 RBI. Hydro and Tegan Durishin slugged two-run homers, Dante Salerno scored three runs and Wyatt Clements and Tyler Cann each chipped in one hit and two RBI.

Chris Micciche sustained the setback for Jim Thorpe Blue.

JT Red-Lansford

Jim Thorpe Red belted three home runs and rode the three-hit, six strikeout pitching of Jordan McElmoyle in posting a 15-0 whitewash of Lansford.

Ryan Malarkey topped JT Red with a three-run homer, double and single while K.J. Snerr homered and doubled. Ken Pugh slammed a three-run homer and Robbie Geisinger doubled and singled.

For Lansford, Sam Stanko, Anthony Michalik and Seth Oriel each singled, with Oriel suffering the mound loss.
