Schuylkill man cited for texts
A Schuylkill County man has been cited for making repeated phone calls and sending unwanted text messages to a woman.
State police at Frackville said John Mooney, 47, of Shenandoah, made the calls and sent the messages to Cecelia Sell, 28, of Coles Patch, Mahanoy Township, about 10:55 p.m. on Monday, July 19.
He will be cited for harassment, troopers said.
